Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are not permitted. We are a very small company, and because each shirt is made just for you we do not keep inventory. Refunds will only be issued if the item is damaged or incorrect.
If something terrible has happened and you believe that due to extenuating circumstances, CDOCKTEES should cover the cost of a refund, please let us know and contact us immediately. We try to be reasonable humans, so we’re sure we can work something out! Contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.
To let us know about a reprint, please contact us and submit:
*Images of the issue/damage
*The Item Order number and Item ID number (if there is more than one item in the order)
*A short explanation of the issue
Shipping Issues
Please make sure your address is correct! I am only going to use the address that is given to me during purchase. It is solely the responsibility of the buyer to make sure they have the correct address on file.
If your package is lost due to incorrect address, CDOCKTEES is not responsible for refunding or reshipping.
If the tracking information for an order says the package was delivered, CDOCKTEES is not responsible for refunding or reshipping orders that are marked as delivered.
Production and Shipping
Holidays and high volume season may cause production times to be slower than the listed average. Production can take 2-4 days and standard shipping usually takes 2-7 business days.
Strikes, severe weather conditions, flight delays, increased volumes and other unforeseeable issues may cause an increase in shipping times, up to twice as long as the average if these conditions are in effect. Sometimes delivery dates may take up to 12 business days.
Overseas shipping may take up to 21 business days.
Our free shipping is standard shipping. We also offer expedited shipping (up to 3 days) if you are in a hurry. Please plan ahead when placing your order and keep in mind that sometimes we may run into unforeseeable issues. Contact me first before you place an order with expedited shipping.
